Papa Chops Eatery comes from a place of personal experience. Owner and operator Aaron Muller was diagnosed with Celiac Disease two weeks before his 40th birthday. He quickly found out how difficult eating completely gluten-free is, and dining out with his family became a frustrating experience. So he enrolled at Grand Rapids Secchia Institute for Culinary Arts and began the journey to create a safe dining experience. Papa Chops Eatery is Grand Rapids first entirely gluten-free fast food restaurant. Enjoy amazing food, that’s better for you, made with love, and most importantly, safe.
